Email-Printer with Personal FTP

In this easy to use application, user creates pdf or jpg images from print output, date/time stamps the filename, then automatically opens a new email and attaches the file. Uses FTP for sending large files, with a download link in a new email. Date/time format options include YYMMDD-HHMM which automatically sorts chronologically in file listings. Great for people who issue successive versions of a document and need to keep track of each version, such a people who issue multiple sales quotations. Software automatically senses large attachments and offers to send via FTP instead of as an attachment. Software also enables user to send large files via FTP even if they were not originally created within the Email-Printer software.
